The Best Movies Never Made

Emma Watson starred in Disney’s live action Beauty and the Beast remake but she was also originally attached to Guillermo Del Toro’s adaptation of the classic fairy tale back in 2012. With a script written by Andrew Davies, this adaptation was said to be darker in tone and more like the original 1756 story. The project eventually fell apart from Del Toro dropped out due to scheduling conflicts.
